My Diet

My diet! I had to pause before starting to write about this because there is so much to say about it and however my diet is simple and natural how I got to adopt it and the many surrounding circumstances are not so simple like my diet.
After a long time of experimenting different diets I finally adopted a frugivorous diet, a raw vegan diet based on mono meals. My main foods are fruits, greens and very few nuts. I never felt so good. Please mind that by fruit I mean a large variety especially of seasonal fruit in its natural state meaning with seeds. I also avoid hybridized fruit like bananas. I like baby bananas though.
I simply look for the best available fruit given local availability. I am based in London and we got everything all year round, but I look for seasonal fruit. Now there is plenty of citrus fruit, tangerines and pomegranate available. There is also plenty of pears and apples and look for the local good ones.
I love baby avocados they are my favorite.
