Fasting is not safe for everyone. In some conditions where the system is very debilitated and starved due to an ailment it is not safe to fast. Every person has different health histories and before fasting one should really check their own health. However, fasting for those who can brings lots of benefits. Anyone who would like to fast should prepare their body with some detox diet before they start. There is only one form that is true fasting and brings through real benefits. There are many commercialized forms of fasting but as long as it entails any form of feeding except for water than it never goes into the true benefits of fasting. If you would like to fast please accertain you are doing a fast the proper and safest way or ask advice to an expert and even better do a supervised fast.
I personally love fasting and am very thankful for the benefits it brings to my life.
